Los Angeles,CA - John Varvatos has come a long way since he launched his first tailored clothing and sportswear collection in 2000.

Now nothing less than a lifestyle brand, JV works closely with USA Collection and Converse, and it doesn't hurt that he was recently named "Designer of they Year" by GQ magazine. Just as exciting as Varvatos' clothing is his line of fragrances, which have always helped me get some (that's right).

If you don't know by now, this iconic designer with "rocker" sensibility launched his third fragrance this month. Artisan is now sold in stores nationwide, completing the trilogy of his men's fragrance portfolio (Classic and Vintage), and offering a unique, new scent on the market. Gays gag over JV scents (or should I say, we do, at least) for its crisp notes exuding a sexiness some fragrances can't pull off, not to mention a commanding bottle design.

With Artisan, Varvatos embodies a sense of craftsmanship while still paying tribute to modernity. The whole Artisan package is travel-inspired and brings to mind the invigorating, untouched smell of nature.......
