Liora Manné’s new handmade rugs are acrylic, so they can be used outdoors. But the designs, which resemble tribal patterns and have a slightly three-dimensional appearance, come in shades of red and blue that would be just as comfortable indoors. Morocco, Suzanie Diamond, left, and Suzanie Circle can be ordered in standard sizes (a 5-by-8-foot rug is $980), or in custom sizes up to 9-by-12 feet and 9-foot-diameter circles.
