Odette Diamond’s completed pieces a mosaic piece of artwork by Odette Diamond, 91, will be in an art show next month. Some of her work at the show will be for sale.

Large woodcarvings, clay sculpture, enamel on copper pictures and montages, mosaics, cloisonné and more fill Odette Diamond’s small apartment at the Agoura Hills Senior Retreat — visible evidence of a lifetime of creativity.

“I enjoyed each one in a different way,” the diminutive, 91-year-old said in her proper English accent, eagerly discussing her creative pathway.

Diamond explained why she didn’t try to show or sell her work throughout her lifetime, except to close friends.....
