Commercial use kits/items are a resource that may be used to make any type of creation which you may claim as your own and sell or give away. Some commerical use items require that you give credit to the designer and some do not.

Before you use any type of scrapbooking download it is important to view the designer's TOU (terms of use) to make sure you do not violate any terms when you create your project.
