Sharon Sturms, along with her husband Barry, glass artists from Florida, will participate in the l6th Annual Mountain Makings Art & Craft show to be held this year at the Blue Ridge School on Hwy. l07, in Cashiers, N.C., Saturday, July 4 and Sunday, July 5, from l0 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.The majority of Sharon and Barry’s work is glass fusion — cutting shapes from glass and then layering them before firing them in a kiln.
