The Kingston Handloom Weavers and Spinners will fill the top floor of their new home at 623 King St. W (the old St. John House) for the annual Show and Sale Friday to Sunday, Nov. 13-15. Dorothy Young and Bridget Lewis — and dozens of other spinners and weavers — will present a collection of handwoven or handspun blankets, placemats, sweaters, hats, mitts, socks and more. the sale runs Friday from 2-6 p.m., and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Demonstrations will be held. Admission is free. Park free across the street at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour. (Cheques or cash only for purchases).
