Origami and paper cutting combine to create the art of kirigami.

The Arts Center is offering a two-part class on kirigami from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, Jan. 26 and 28. Participants will explore traditional kirigami techniques on Tuesday and botanical kirigami pieces on Thursday.

Preregistration is re-quired for this class. The cost for Arts Center members is $10 for one class or $16 for both and for others it’s $12 for one class and $18 for both.
