New book collects tips for launching handmade businesses

Chapin wove comments from her “creative collective” into her narrative that breaks down the nuts and bolts of running a handmade business in a way that is accessible to rookies and veteran sellers.

“I would really like to give (readers) confidence and a can-do spirit and the courage to make this dream a reality,” Chapin said. “I don’t assume that you only want to craft part-time or that you want to leave your job and craft full-time.”....
